  2. Take 1 jalapeno

  7. Prepare Paprika
  8. Get 1/4 bunch cilantro

Steps to make Avocado deviled eggs:
  1. Boil eggs, cool, peel cut in half. Put the yolks in a bowl
  2. Dice the jalapeno, leave the seeds if you want more heat
  3. Dice avocado
  4. Prune cilantro leaves off the stems and chop
  5. Add the jalapeno, mayo, lemon juice, cilantro and spices to the yolks. Mix well. You want a smooth mixture so beaters or a blender might be needed.
  6. Once you have a consistency you are happy with, hey if you want chunky or lumpy stuffed eggs that works too. Put in a piping bag and fill the halves.
  7. Put on a tray or plate to serve. Add a sprig of cilantro if desired and sprinkle paprika on.
  8. Keep in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy
