  3. Make ready 10 g Cinnamon powder
  4. Take 15 g sugar
  5. Take 20 g melted butter
  6. Get Icing
  7. Make ready 50 g powder sugar
  8. Prepare 10 g water

  1. Follow my pull apart bread recipe step 1 and 2 with same ingredients. - (see recipe)
  2. After the dough is rises for 30min, let the air out and roll it back in one circle. Let the dough rest for 10min under a wet towel/ kitchen paper.
  3. Stretch the dough to 36cmx36cm. Sprinkle cinnamon powder, sugar and walnuts.
  4. Roll them into a cylinder. Try to make them as thin as possible. Connect the end tightly.
  5. Cut them into 9 and place it in a 23cmx23cm square pan.
  6. Let it rise for 20min.
  7. Bake in a oven that is preheated to 180c° for 20min.
  8. Icing-mix all the icing ingredients. Pour them on a roll after cooling down.

Brush rectangles with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture. If you've taken the time to make cinnamon rolls, top them with an icing that's extra special.
