The ingredients needed to make Easy Spinach Quiche:
  1. Take 1 pie crust, 9 inches
  2. Get 400 g frozen spinach, chopped
  3. Prepare 3 eggs
  4. Make ready 1 cup whipping cream
  5. Get 150 g gruyere cheese, grated
  6. Make ready nutmeg
  7. Get salt to taste
  8. Make ready pepper to taste
Steps to make Easy Spinach Quiche:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Unroll the pie crust in a baking dish, making sure it covers all the sides. Using a fik make several incursions in the crust.
  3. Place the spinach with one teaspoon of butter in a skillet and cook over moderate heat for several minutes to evaporate all its water, drain well and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat well the eggs, add in the whipping cream, the grated cheese and the spinach. Mix well.
  5. Season with nutmeg, black pepper and salt.
  6. Spread the spinach mixture inside the pie crust and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and serve
