Instructions to make Lemon Brownies:
  1. Preheat over to 350 and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour and baking powder.
  2. With a mixer, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Then mix in the eggs, one at a time until mixed throughly.
  3. Gradually mix the dry ingredients until combined. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 25-28 minutes or until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Make sure not to over bake. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Glaze: In a medium mixing bowl mix the powder sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour the glaze over the lemon bars and spread evenly. Allow to harden before eating and Enjoy!
