  3. Get 6 tbsp ghee
  4. Take Water to bind
  5. Take For dryfruits stuffing:
  6. Prepare 1 cup cashewnuts halves
  7. Take 3/4 cup almond
  8. Take 1/2 cup pistachio
  9. Prepare 3/4 cup sugar powder
  10. Get 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  11. Take 1 big pinch saffron strands
  12. Make ready 1 /2 cup raisins
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup ghee
Instructions to make Dryfruits Ghughra (Airfryer):
  1. For outer covering dough: In mixing bowl add maida and ghee. Mix well to make coarse mixture. Add little little water and bind to soft dough. Keep aside & covered for 15-20 minutes.
  2. For stuffing keep all ingredients ready.
  3. Coarsely grind cashewnuts, almond and pistachios separately. Transfer in mixing bowl. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder. Add and mix sugar powder also.
  4. In small tadka pan add heat 1/2 cup ghee on medium flame. As melted add raisins and off the flame. Raisin will be fluffy. Pour this ghee raisins mixture in dryfruits stuffing mixture.
  5. Mix well and make small 18-20 ablong balls(muthiyas) with fist as shown.
  6. Knead dough make small 18-20 balls.Roll into thin 2" round puri. Place one prepare dryfruits stuffing roll(muthiya) in center. Fold into half to make moon shape and sealed the edges. Make ghughras design with pinch & fold method on edge. As shown.
  7. Similarly prepare all dryfruits stuffed ghughras. Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 temperature. Place few prepare ghughras in Airfryer mesh. Bake in preheated Airfryer for 10-12 mins at 160 temperature till crispy. Similarly prepare all. Cool and store in Airtight container.
  8. Serve/ Relish Delicious Dryfruits Ghughra during Diwali festive.
