  13. Get Fish sauce to taste
  14. Take 1-2 tablespoons Mirin Seasoning (japanese sauce)
Instructions to make Rice with Salmon filets and Japanese sauce:
  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut the salmon filets into long slices.
  3. In a pan, heat some olive oil or coconut oil and fry the onion pieces in it then add the salmon slices and the lemon juice.
  4. After the salmon is cooked, you add the sauce bit by bit so you can monitor the taste. Mix with salmon until it absorbs the taste then turn off the heat.
  5. Once you serve the rice and salmon in a plate, sprinkle the coriander, scallion slices and toasted sesame on top and enjoy :)
