The ingredients needed to make Easy Spinach Balls:
  1. Get 1 box chicken stuffing mix
  2. Take 1 2/3 cups hot water
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup margarine
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon dried onions
  5. Get 2 packages (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  6. Get 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. Get 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  8. Prepare 4 eggs
  9. Take Olive oil cooking spray
  10. Get Marinara sauce
Steps to make Easy Spinach Balls:
  1. Prepare stuffing mix by adding the hot water, margarine and dried onions to dry stuffing, mix all well…….remove from heat…….
  2. Now add to stuffing mix : spinach, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and eggs, mix all well……
  3. Shape mixture into small balls (like Swedish meatball size) and place spinach balls on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray……Repeat until all spinach mixture has been used up……
  4. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until spinach balls are lightly browned……
  5. Serve with warm marinara sauce and enjoy πŸ˜‰!
