  1. Prepare potato (russet)
  2. Prepare onion
  3. Take bell pepper

Instructions to make Cuban Picadillo:
  1. Peel and cut potato into half inch cubes and sautee on skillet until brown and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Dice onion and sautee on skillet until clear.
  3. Dice bell pepper and add to onion mixture.
  4. Add crushed garlic and cook until all three are cooked. Set aside.
  5. Put ground beef with on skillet and cook well. Add spices and keep stirring. Once cooked, drain oil and add veggie mix.
  6. Add white wine and let liquid reduce.
  7. Add canned tomatoes with juice and let reduce again.
  8. Add rasins and quartered olives. Let raisins absorb some of the moisture.
  9. Add potatoes and serve.
