  3. Heat oil for deep fry to 180℃ (350℉), then fry Satumaimo until it's golden brown.
  4. Put sugar and water to a pan, and heat over medium low hea until it melts.
  5. Turn the heat to low, and cook until it's slightly brown, then turn off the heat ※The sugar gets REALLY HOT! So, please be careful.
  6. Add fried Satumaimo to 5, and coat each with melted sugar, then place each on parchment paper separately until the coating is cooled. And served!
