  20. Prepare to taste Salt and pepper
  21. Take malabar salad
  22. Make ready Malabar Spinach (Alugbati leaves)
  23. Make ready 3 Tbsp. Cidar Vinegar
  24. Prepare 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  25. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper
  26. Take For Plating :
  27. Make ready Cucumber
  28. Make ready Small onions
  29. Get Spring onion
  30. Get Cherry tomatoes
Instructions to make Capiz Mangagat Fish in Mango Sauce And Malabar Salad:
  1. First Fillet the Snaper Fish.
  2. For breading: Combine all ingredients and set a side.
  3. Heat Oil.
  4. Meanwhile combine all mango sauce ingredients in a blender and blend well. Ensure to adjust the salt ang chilli to your desire. Set aside. Transfer to a container and put in the fridge.
  5. Boil sweet potato.
  6. When the cooking oil is ready. Put the fish fillet in the breading mixture and coat both side then put in hot oil for about 2 minutes each side.
